| Conveniently located on the ground floor, close to Reception, the Boardroom has double French doors opening to a terrace with views of Signal Hill, Table Mountain and the yacht marina. This facility is ideally suited to small, intimate gatherings and successfully serves as a meeting and / or private dining venue. It is rectangular in shape with a fixed centre table and can accommodate up to 14 people; with full presentation equipment set up, seating is reduced to 12 people. The use of the Boardroom is complimentary for hotel residents. For guests not staying at Cape Grace, venue hire for half a day (4 hours or less) is ZAR 700 and ZAR 1 400 for a full day (up to 8 hours), with all standard equipment included. Alternatively, the hourly rate is ZAR 200. |

A private, informal venue in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Bascule Whisky Bar and Wine Cellar contains the largest selection of whiskies in the Southern Hemisphere (over 460), as well as a selection of the finest of Cape wines. The Lounge is situated on the side of the main bar and is closed off by a curtain. Up to 60 guests can be accommodated for a cocktail party; for a whisky tasting hosted by Bascule, up to 25 seated guests can be accommodated. Venue hire for up to 5 hours for 25 guests or less requires a minimum spend of ZAR 5 000. A function of more than 25 guests requires a minimum spend of ZAR 200 per person. |

The Communication Centre on the Ground Floor contains a private Meeting Room that can accommodate small meetings of up to 6 people around a fixed, round centre table. The use of the Meeting Room is complimentary for Cape Grace residents. For guests not staying at the hotel, venue hire for half a day (4 hours or less) is ZAR 700 and ZAR 1 400 for a full day (up to 8 hours), with with use of the projection screen, LG Flatron plasma television screen and presentation monitor, as well as other standard facilities included. Alternatively, the hourly rate is ZAR 200. |

| onewaterfront, the restaurant at Cape Grace, overlooks Signal Hill and the yacht marina. Rectangular in shape, it seats up to 100 guests. The Alcove in the far corner creates a semi-private area that seats up to 20 guests. As onewaterfront is primarily a facility for residents it cannot be booked as a fully private or exclusive venue. For the exclusive use of onewaterfront, venue hire for lunch would be ZAR 4 000 and R10 000 for dinner. |

The light-filled and airy Conservatory is situated at the far end of onewaterfront, in a glass-enclosed section, overlooking the pool terrace and surrounded by greenery. The venue accommodates up to 40 guests for a seated function and 60 for a cocktail party. A minimum spend of ZAR 5 000 is required for less than 15 guests. For larger functions, the venue hire is ZAR 1 200 for 0 - 4 hours. |

| The terrace surrounding the 15-meter pool is available as an informal meeting area for welcome drinks prior to a function. It is however an amenity for in-house guests and can therefore not be booked for exclusive use. |
